Counselling

All counselling is completely confidential and can cover anything at all that you would like to discuss.

I would be happy to work with any issue, problem or dilemma that you have, and have listed below some of the issues that I have experience in dealing with.

Neurodiversity

I also have extensive experience in working with Neurodiversity and have undertaken further training in this field

I believe that it is important to work with the person rather than focus on any particular issue or emotional disturbance that they may be currently experiencing and I would seek to work with the person to help them find their own unique way of working through this rather than simply trying to find a solution to a particular problem

I believe that this approach can prove to be the most rewarding for the individual and can help to bring about long lasting and permanent change through the process of self discovery which is possible within a truly safe and unthreatening therapeutic relationship.

” It is the relationship that heals”
